Now, all eyes will be on him to see what jersey he will wear when he takes off his uniform, and while several big-name clubs have been mentioned as possible suitors, from Manchester United to Paris Saint-Germain, he is most likely to leave Napoli for Munich.

The five-year contract reportedly comes with an annual salary of around 17 billion won.

German media also reported that “Munich’s team doctors have arrived in South Korea” for a “medical test” to check his physical condition before joining the team.

This is usually done at the club’s designated hospital, which suggests that the club is so keen on signing Kim that they are sending personnel to South Korea.

Now all that remains is for Kim to sign the contract.

Once Munich pays Napoli the buyout amount, which is said to be around 70 billion won, the transfer will be finalized.

Munich is considered one of the most prestigious clubs in Germany.

They finished at the top of the Bundesliga last season and are the third most decorated team in the Champions League.
